As the founding CMO of FRESH DIRECT and its third employee, he build the first profitable online grocery delivery service in the Globally and one of the top 50 e-commerce company’s in the United States.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mark has spearheaded some of the industry’s largest global marketing campaigns across digital, mobile, television, print, and experiential, as well as many digital firsts including:

  • The first e-commerce airline ticket developed for British Airways
  • The first online consumer banking application developed for Bank of America
  • The first online Telecom customer service using chat and messaging for Sprint.

Mark is also is the Co-Founder of  The Brand Experience Lab, the first Corporate Think Tank for the Experience Economy, Brand Experience Lab that featured:

  • Over 60 ground-breaking new media technologies including gender and age recognition technologies for custom OOH Advertising on any screen.
  • Experiential campaigns for AOL, Microsoft, Chase, Old Navy, Major League Baseball and Ford Motor Company
  • Incubation and license of these technologies that resulted in
    • Sale of Guitar Hero to Viacom
    • Sale of Jestertek, gesture recognition technology to Sony Playstation.
